Payment
The balance of the payment must be settled in
full, 8 weeks prior to departure. All payments must be in pound
sterling. If the full payment is not received on time, Noor For
hajj & Umra reserve the right to cancel the booking and forfeit
the deposit without notice. Installments can be arranged for special
conditions. All necessary documents should arrive at our office
no less than six weeks prior to departure date.
Cancellation
For cancellation applicants are required to send a request letter, signed and dated. Cancellations will be subject to a levied charge relative to the date of departure.
Visa and Tickets
Once the visa is granted, 90% of the total package
cost will be due in case of cancellation for any reason.
Delays and changes
to dates
Due to large number of pilgrims delays and queues
are expected in Saudi Arabia. Times that we have provided are tentative
and delays may occur from time to time. You are requested to abide
by the times appointed by your group leader as that would override
our times. Noor for Hajj & Umra reserve the right to change
the departure tiem and date if necessary but will inform you if
the changes made. Please note: Date changes are extremely rare and
usually due to aircraft mechanical fault or industrial actions,
all of which are beyond our control. Noor For Hajj & Umra is
not to be held responsible in any way for the loss of the invalidity
of connecting tickets/ flights due to any delays beyond our control.
It is your responsibility in ensure that your luggage weight is
within the carrier's allowance. Extra weight is chargeable by the
airline and must be paid to them directly upon request. Please note:
We are not responsible for any lost baggage.
Accommodation
All accommodation is shared and is of very good
standard. Star rating is according to the Saudi Ministry of Trade
standards. The distances advertised are according to the calculations
of the authorities in Saudi Arabia as shown in the official licenses.
Accommodation in Mina and Arafat is in the tents provided by the
Saudi Hajj Ministry. Please note that there will be no tents in
Muzdalifah.
Price Changes
It may be necessary to increase the cost of the advertised package at any time without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances.
Health
Health services are free as provided by the Saudi
authorities, however, if any passenger is on regular medication,
he or she should consult their GP and inform us of any special requirements
on the form. In case of death the deceased is buried according to
the regulations of Saudi Arabia and repatriation of the body is
not possible.
Insurance
We suggest that you have adequate travel insurance
purchased for your trip to cover any unfortunate event.
Umra Visa:
A valid passport with 6 months minimum validity,
2 photos with white background and a filled application form downloaded
from the visa application link.
Non-UK passport holders have to provide a recent proof of address
and a proof of residency in the UK such as immigration stamp or
card. Please be advised: Tourist visas do not entitle you to
apply for Umra visa from the UK.
Hajj Visa Requirements
& IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATIONS:
Every person going to perform Hajj must
have a certified bank draft for around ~£180 to be paid upon
arrival in Jeddah to the Unified Agents office. This amount covers
the cost for the Guide (Mutawwaf), lodging in Mina and Arafat and
transportation. It should be submitted to the Saudi Consulate for
perusal.
The visa application must be
filled out completely, accurately and signed by the applicant.
Four recent passport sized photographs must be attached.
If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate
from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is
a Muslim.
A valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of submitting
the application.
A confirmed, non-refundable round trip airline ticket to and from
Jeddah must be attached. All pilgrims are requested to leave Saudi
Arabia no later than 10th Muharram.
It is recommended that every
pilgrim should take with them 8 passport size photos to use in all
official matters upon arrival in Saudi Arabia. (This is not a requirement
to get the Hajj visa).
A (valid vaccination certificate against meningitis + A quadrivalent Meningitis vaccination against ACYW) to be seen by the consulate and by the Saudi airport authorities. The vaccination should have been done 10 days (or earlier) prior to entering Saudi Arabia.
